It was my first time getting an ematrix treatment done for my acne scars with Michelle and she was great! She was super knowledgeable gentle and kind and made me feel really comfortable. I have been going to Medaesthetics for five years now. I started with laser hair removal and facials, and now being 40+ have transitioned into BBL treatments, Botox, etc. The staff there make me feel like a million bucks upon arrival. This is by far and away the most kind and efficient team working together. They don’t make me feel embarrassed, silly, ugly, or small. I am treated with the utmost attention from the minute I walk in the door. It can be scary to walk off the street and ask 30 minutes of questions before something is simple as a Botox treatment. They answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel crazy. The staff are amazing, highly professional, highly thorough, highly knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else for my needs. It is truly a gift to walk into a situation with a business like this and get to experience their tremendous compassion.
