Spring has a beautiful way of reminding us that change can be both meaningful and inspiring. As the seasons shift and new beginnings take root, we find ourselves reflecting on growth—both personal and within our MedAesthetics family. This April, we share both a heartfelt farewell and a hello to an exciting new chapter as changes are happening at MedAeshetics.
A Fond Farewell to Cass’
It’s with deep gratitude (and certainly a few heavy hearts) that we say goodbye to our incredible Office Manager, Cassandra Moulton.
Cassie, or ‘Cass’ as many have come to know her, has been such an integral part of MedAesthetics over the past five years, joining us during a pivotal time when owners John and Melissa O’Mahony, stepped into ownership and helped shape the clinic into what it is today. Beginning as one of our standout consultants, Cass quickly became a familiar and comforting presence for so many of our clients—often the very first smile they would see when walking through our doors. Her warmth, dedication, and genuine care for every person she interacted with made a lasting impact not only on our clients but on our entire team.
While we will miss her dearly, we couldn’t be more excited for what lies ahead. Cassie is stepping into an exciting new opportunity with Crave Catering & Events, where she will be joining her longtime friend—and now business partner—Helen. This new chapter offers her the chance to continue doing amazing things, while also allowing more time with her family—something we know she treasures deeply.
Cass, thank you for everything. You will always be part of the MedAesthetics family. 
A Warm Welcome to Linds’
With change comes new opportunity… another change at MedAesthetics: we are proud to announce that Lindsay Laird will be stepping into the role of Clinic Operations Manager.
Many of you already know Linds’ as one of the welcoming faces in our clinic. Through her consultations and VISIA 3D skin analysis scans, she has guided countless clients by truly listening to their concerns and creating fully customized treatment plans to help them achieve their best results.
Lindsay brings with her 18 years of experience in aesthetics and a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked alongside some of the top dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons in Toronto. Her deep passion for aesthetics and client care make her a standout choice to step into this role. Originally from Sarnia, she returned home with her husband to grow their family and put down roots in the community she loves.
She has already established herself as an invaluable part of our team, and we are beyond excited to see her step into this leadership role. We know she will continue to elevate the MedAesthetics experience while supporting both our clients and our incredible providers.
